Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Giggle Playground. Please read this Hire Agreement carefully before booking. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms below. Bookings & Payment A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event unless otherwise agreed. Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full. Delivery & Collection Delivery and collection times will be arranged in advance. An adult aged 18 or over must be present for both delivery and collection. Please ensure clear access to the setup area and that the space is suitable, level and free from hazards. Safe Use The bounce house must only be used under constant adult supervision. For everyone's safety: Remove shoes before entering. No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum. No face paint, glitter, confetti, slime or sharp objects. No smoking, vaping, barbecues or naked flames near the inflatable. No climbing or sitting on the walls. No flips, somersaults, wrestling or rough play. Do not exceed the recommended number, height or age limits. Separate smaller and larger children where possible. Keep the entrance clear at all times. The inflatable must not be used during strong winds, heavy rain or severe weather. If weather conditions become unsafe, use must stop immediately. Care of Equipment All equipment remains the property of The Giggle Playground. Customers are responsible for the inflatable and accessories from delivery until collection. Equipment must not be moved, altered or disconnected from the power supply. Any damage, excessive cleaning, loss or theft may result in repair or replacement charges. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the event may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days may not be eligible for a refund. Liability The Giggle Playground accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow this agreement or from misuse of the equipment. The hirer accepts responsibility for ensuring the inflatable is supervised and used safely throughout the hire period. Thank you for choosing The Giggle Playground.
